Our guest today is teacher, speaker, author Kim Wahl. She is the author of “The Complaining Cure: How to Quit Grumbling, Stop Complaining, and Find Abundant Joy”. For the most part we all think that we aren’t negative people. We don’t really grumble and complain… right?? But when Kim and her husband took on the challenge of “7 Days Without Complaining”.. .she and her husband realized that complaining is a lot more common than we realize; it can look like criticism, unforgiveness, and just being negative.
